To say that Larry was different is not a large enough word to describe him or his life. I found an avenue daily beyond prayer and Bible study for the Lord to draw me to Himself and that was in the music of Larry Norman. He had a way of writing lyrics and music that would make me search my heart, see the depravity of my soul and bring me into the presence of a living God asking for forgiveness and love. No one person did that better than Larry.
He was an artist, but he was a man on a mission to bring us into the presence of God and he will be missed greatly. My prayers are with his family, but be assured he is with his Maker today and you as a family will know that he was really Only Visiting this Planet but that he "Finished Strong".
Thank you for sharing him with us for the past 6 decades.
