My first introduction to Larry's ministry was hearing his great song "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" at a coffee-house in southern California in the early 70's.  Larry's description of the "last days" as being when "...a piece of bread could buy a bag of gold..."  is still is one of the best lyrical statements in music.

To Larry's family I offer my deepest sympathies, and I know all his brothers and sisters will see him again, when we believers will all have bodies that will never die.  If Larry could read this I would say, thank you for walking with God and for writing the truth in your music that no one else would.  You have made an impression in many lives that will last forever!
