in 1973 i went with my parents to see Andre Crouch and before Andre played a guy named Larry Norman played 1st. I was 13 years old. This guy with his long blonde hair black leather jacket and nylon string guitar just fascinated me to no end. that day my dad bought me the album Street Level . Im now 47 years old and have been a hardcore fan eversince. I was able to see larry in concert many times over the years mostly solo concerts once with charles, jon linn and the band during the stop this flight tour. I will cherish those memories. I remeber one show larry shared fresh new music songs like God part III and step into the madness he was still reading the lyrics off scratch paper. This later became the Stranded in Babylon album. I loved him so much and will miss his presence on this planet. I still have that Street Level album as well as many many others.
