I first saw Larry live1977 whith the brilliant Alwyn Wall Band.The concert just blew me away and I saw Larry many times in concert after that.
One of them was at Greenbelt UK -79 where he did one song "let the tape keep rollonŽ"in the middle of Randy Stonehills performance.
I will never forget this sudden surpriseperformance infront of a crowd of 20000 people screaming and begging for more.

In my eyes Larry was at his best with only his nylonstringguitarr live on stage. He could capture an audience for hours whith humor and serious thoughts and we always wanted more when the "show" was over.

In one of his rarest jewels of songs "lay my burden down" from the album A MOMENT IN TIME he sings:
"When my work is done IŽm gonna lay my burden down , IŽm gonna leave my trouble , gonna head for higher ground..."
You have now reached your higher ground...  You also sung " my real home is in the sky" 
Larry ,you are now in your real home , rest for awile and then you can "dance before the throne"

We will meet again , I know IŽll see you in heaven
