Larry Norman Message Board

Hi, Norman family.  My husband Bob and I had the priviledge of meeting Larry and Margaret during his concert in Victoria, BC a few years ago.  We had hoped to get to know Larry a bit better, but his schedule didn't allow, so we had the unique opportunity of spending lots of time with you, Margaret!  We have often recalled that week that we spent with you over coffees and driving around the city.  Through you, we learned that Larry lived what he preached.  Also, the morning call to Larry's room to find out where you were, and his request to "never call here again at this time of the morning"!  You told us after that how he spent his nights walking the streets and sharing the Lord with people who desperately needed him.  In spite of his health problems, his music and his Lord were indeed his passions!  It was a rare honor to have shared that time with you (and to have gotten the hug from Larry when we said farewell), and we grieve with you, too.  Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.  I still have an address, so will try sending a letter to you, Margaret - hope it is still correct.
