Larry's voice is gone but is not silent.  My son attended his funeral as a friend, even though he had never met Larry; yet, Larry's music has been a friend to our family over the years.  I first heard Larry at a small gathering of people in a private residence in Pasadena, CA about 1971 during Christmas.  After that, about the only connection I've had with Larry over the years has been to play his song "Outlaw" to my kids and a few friends in Alaska.  Thanks for the gracious gift of the CD, "Only Visiting This Planet", which my son received at the funeral.  To the Norman family: may God's grace and peace fill your empty spaces left by Larry's departure.  The justified hope that we will live on and see Larry again breaks the prisonhouse bars of a narrow & confining naturalism.  Joe K.
