When I first became a Christian back in 1988, my then girlfriend (now wife) introduced me to a few Christian albums, one of them being Larry's "Upon This Rock." I've read interviews where Larry said that he wasn't thrilled with the results on the disc, but as a new Christian who never dreamed that such hard rock'n'roll could still carry a good message, I loved it. And I've gotten a lot of Larry's music over the years, and it's all been, solid and spirit-filled. Thank you Larry, from a former secular rock'n'roller who needed to hear what you had to say in the way that you said it. Truly, why should the devil have all the good music ?
