Larry's music was an inspiration to many of us born in the latter days of the Jesus movement.  What an encouragement it was to listen to his music and hold the album sleeve.  It was a relief to see that we didn't have to fit into the Gaither Trio model of music (no offense, but it wasn't who we were).  Larry gave me hope that I could be a Christian and still be who I am.  He wasn't the only one, but he was one of the few in those days.   

We will indeed meet beyond the skies my friend for all of us are like a vapor that appears for a while and then vanishes away.  Rest well my friend and thanks for the good fight and being true to who the Creator made you to be unique.
