It was my pleasure to work with Larry during the late '70s and early '80s in Detroit. From the venues of the Redford Theatre and the Fox Theatre, he always packed the house in Detroit! Larry was a gentleman and a character...somehow he managed to mix the two. He was a true artist and dazzled the young Christians when he ministered in concert. He always focused on the gospel and sharing the message of salvation. He will be greatly missed, but his music will live on. I know we all look forward to an exciting future reunion with Larry. I pray for his family who I know have suffered such a great loss.
