I'm very sad to have heard that Larry is not among us no more.
In summer of 1993 he visited Sweden for a concert in Sävsjö, where I live.
I got the oppurtunity to be in the band and play base that time and it was one of the best experiences of my life - I would say "ONCE IN A LIFETIME" .
A warm and beautiful summer night at the lake and with a ruined castle (Eksjöhofgårds ruined castle) as a backdrop. About 500 persons in the enthuziastic croud. Larry and his son made a never fading impact on us and having met him will be a memory for all our lives. On the Live CD that was recorded on that occassion he called the band "THE JUDAIC VIKINGS" and it was a name that we were all very proud of (without knowing about it until the CD release).
It struck us all that he was very humble, though being a famous artist and A LIVING LEGEND.
My warmest symphathy and sorrow for your loss.
The world will be a little colder place now, but his WARM memory will for ever live in our hearts.
