I saw Larry in concert for the first time when I was 10 years old in Winnipeg, MB. My Sunday School teacher took us to the concert. The first song that I heard him sing was UFO, I loved the song and what he had to say about Jesus. Once he was in Toronto and I had the opportunity to talk to him and tell him how much his life and music helped me through many hard times while growing up. One of the great qualities that I saw in Larry was that he never waivered in his faith and kept his eyes on Jesus no matter how hard life got for him, even though it must have been hard at times.
Someday we will see him again playing in "The Heavenly Band".
