Leaving a message for Larry's Family
(Preview)
Family, I first heard of Larry when my friend handed me "Only visiting this planet." I though to myself, "who is this guy?" "Is he for real." In the middle of the church culture where rock was forbidden and Christian Rock was ultra-forbidden, I gravitated more and mo...

I had the priviledge to meet Larry at several of his concerts and at a couple of festivals. Once, backstage before he was to play, he had a "tight' back that needed "cracking" or just some manipulations. I tried to help him, but to no avail. As usual, he put on a show not to be forgotte...

Who will pick up the mantle?
(Preview)
Larry was and is still such an inspiration to me. I remember as a young Christian being blown away by his songs and performances. A Christian who spoke my language! Who will pick up his mantle and kick the walls of hell in? Who will live for God and stand up for what is right? For me to live is Christ, to die i...

I'm crushed.

Larry was like a mentor to me. I grew up in an evangelical Bible-preachin church as a PK. But I was bored with the dusty hymns being forced on me. Ended up getting into drugs and went away to college where someone turned me onto Larry's albums (all of which I still have, and just played 2 of them for my 10-yr...

So sorry to hear about Larry. I was listening to an old recording from a scratchy LP just yesterday and I came online to see if there's a clean recording/CD available. I was shocked and saddened to hear about his recent death. I am in tears. Regards, Anthony

Larry stayed with us in Melbourne Australia.
He was a perfect gentleman in our home.
He greatly helped our son Paul Colman who appeared in concert with him.
Most especially, he blessed us with his relationship with Jesus. There's no doubt he loved Him.
He's with His Lord now.
He'll be missed.
